 Buddies like General Electric, Al Gore, and  George Soros . Who all stand to lose a lot of money if their green dream is a flop. Which it is...

There is no one that wishes more ,that it were not a lie ,than me. It would be wonderful ,if we could just run the whole world on wind mills,  wooden clogs, and pixie dust. But that is a fantasy. Maybe ,in the future it will be viable ,but it is just the raving of a fool ,today. Obama is a fool. Add that to his resume, as " chief diverter of truth".

How about listening to Sarah Palin, and  investing in the things we actually use ... like oil, natural gas ,and coal. As a matter of fact don't invest so much as "get the hell out the way!!"

Wisconsin Teachers pound salt ,for their Union Leaders.Unions and Big Business ,both at an all time low in popularity.

                                                  What does Wisconsin ask of the teachers union?


The terms in question:

1) An increase in paying for their own health care, and pension benefits. (not up unfairly ,for these times)
2) Union will only be able to negotiate wages. (no more corrupt cronyism)
3) vote to keep the union every year. (If it's good ,it will stay..let the people choose.)More than likely workers would benefit from having unions and states trying to get their favor.
4) state will no longer collect union dues.......( If the union wants the loot ,they will go door to door ,if they have to).


I know you think these Union Boys have made you wonderful gains in benefits. In truth they have made greater gains for themselves, and their power lust. They were illusions,never real.

Viagra?..did you really think the people should pay for your Viagra? All of these things ,were on borrowed time from the beginning.

If you told the truth ,you must have thought yourselves that  "Viagra"was over the line.
THIS DID NOT BEGIN YESTERDAY.

Private sector unions bargain with management for a share of the profits. Unlike the Government Unions who spend capital to get a favorable politician elected. Then he greases their palms with silver. Corrupt, Mr. Organizer, and Mr. Union Boss.

The union is not being banned ,just brought back to reality. I would like everyone to have everything their heart desires,but in the real world, it is dream that turned sour. Like giving housing loans to people who have no business getting them.

The previous Democrat Governor of Wisconsin, "Jim Doyle", (as many others have done ,across the country) was elected with union help,and so he showers them with "freebie" benefits. No,he doesn't bust the budget ,with large paydays, but he gives them huge benefits. (in things such as, health care ,and pensions,in the out years)

This is corruption. This is cronyism. And it sucks !!!!
Mr. Obama. You know all about it ,because you are deep in this activity.. Obama's political arm "organizing for America", is the only thing he is worried about. He is not nearly objective in this debate. He should most likely clam up. But he can't help himself.
He is a "puny" leader.

The union-led school closures and demonstrations in Madison have left most ordinary Americans shaking their heads in disbelief. Months ago, I penned a message to my fellow union brothers and sisters when I found myself on the receiving end of union boss Richard Trumka’s wrath. Yesterday’s demonstrations reminded me of the full-page ads taken out against me when I put my foot down in dealing with union demands while I served as governor. My message then and now to good union brothers and sisters is that you have another option. You don’t have to kowtow to the union bosses who are not looking out for you, but instead are using you. You can join millions of other union members in a commonsense movement to help fight for the right causes in our great country – for budgets that share the burden in a truly fair way and for commonsense reforms that take power away from vested interests like union bosses and big business lobby groups, and put it back where it belongs – with “We the People.”

Here we are still struggling to get out of a deep recession and coping with high unemployment, record deficits, rapidly rising food prices, and a host of other economic problems; and Wisconsin union bosses want union members out in the streets demanding that taxpayers foot the bill for unsustainable benefits packages. I am a friend to hard working union members and to teachers. I come from a family of teachers; my grandparents, parents, brother, sister, aunt, and other relatives worked, or still work, in education. My own children attend public schools. I greatly admire good teachers and will always speak up in defense of the teaching profession. But Wisconsin teacher unions do themselves no favor by closing down classrooms and abandoning children’s needs in protest against the sort of belt-tightening that people everywhere are going through. Union brothers and sisters: this is the wrong fight at the wrong time. Solidarity doesn’t mean making Wisconsin taxpayers pay for benefits that are not sustainable and affordable at a time when many of these taxpayers struggle to hold on to their own jobs and homes. Real solidarity means everyone being willing to sacrifice and carry our share of the burden. It does no one any favors to dismiss the sacrifices others have already had to make—in wage cuts, unpaid vacations, and even job losses—to weather our economic storm.

Hard working, patriotic, and selfless union brothers and sisters: please don’t be taken in by the union bosses. At the end of the day, they’re not fighting for your pension or health care plan or even for the sustainability of Wisconsin’s education budget. They’re fighting to protect their own powerful privileges and their own political clout. The agenda for too many union bosses is a big government agenda that only serves the union bosses themselves – not union members, not union families, and certainly not the larger community. Everybody else is just there to foot the bill; and if that bill eventually takes the form of thousands of teachers and other public sector workers losing their jobs because the state of Wisconsin can no longer afford to keep them on the payroll, that’s a risk the union bosses are willing to take as long as their positions are secure. Union brothers and sisters: you are better than this and you deserve better. Don’t be led astray.

One final word of warning to my fellow Americans: back in 2009, I warned about what would happen if states accepted short-term unsustainable debt-ridden “Stimulus Package” funds. Accepting those funds allowed states to grow government, increase already unsustainable levels of spending, kick the can down the road on reforming entitlements, and create public expectations that they would continue financing these new mandates once the federal funds ran out. States were not in a position to grow government and take on new financial commitments then, and now the chickens have come home to roost. As goes Wisconsin today, so goes the country tomorrow.

Let's look  instead at an "Obama commandment" on subsidies for electric cars. Just one of many he has strapped to your taxpaying back. Who's up for another round of "cash for clunkers"? No? ...well how about electric car "charging stations? Oh,yes.


         The people's money, how may i squander thee. In ,oh so many ways. Yes ,it's fast approaching spring time in the land of Obama. And so, he must come up with new ,and exciting ways to burn, and mutilate, your hard earned money.

 WE MUST SUBSIDISE THAT WHICH IS PROBABLY A FLOP.. Entitled:
  " How my supporters have been been turned into "useful idiots",and have abandoned every common sense belief.

       Let us subsidise docking ports for electric cars,in 9 cities. Let the taxpayer fund the promotion of these over priced ,but shiny, hacks. For 25 dollars a year,you can dock and charge at will. I don't want to hear any complaints, ABOUT THE USE OF 5 BILLION OF YOUR DOLLARS FOR THIS SUBSIDY. I like it ,so you need to just "shut up". What's 5 BILLION DOLLARS ,IN THE GRAND SCHEME OF THINGS? After all, you would have only wasted it on things like food ,and shelter ,for your family. You greedy people. .

Power and Associates, “Drive Green: The Global Automotive Industry Outlook” that confirmed, in devastating detail, what many other experts have found: Electric cars still cost too much, even with substantial federal subsidies for both manufacturers and consumers, to attract more than a handful of wealthy buyers—and this will be true for at least another decade.
What little gasoline savings the vehicles achieve could be had through cheaper alternative means. And electrics don’t reliably reduce greenhouse gas emissions, since, as often as not, the electricity to charge their batteries will come from coal-fired plants.
The Obama Energy Department has suggested that, with the help of federal money, manufacturers can ramp up mass production and bring the price of electric-car battery packs down 70 percent by 2014 – thus rendering the cars more affordable.
But J.D. Power is skeptical. “Declines of any real significance are not anticipated during the next 5 years,” the report notes, adding that “the disposal of depleted battery packs presents yet another environmental challenge.”
Nor are industry and government close to resolving the lack of a nationwide recharging infrastructure—or the vehicles’ poor performance in cold weather or on hilly terrain.
Fine print on the Volt ad promises just “25-50 miles of electric driving in moderate conditions.” Translation: Much of the time the car will be running on gas, just like ones that cost far, far less than the four-seat Volt’s price of $33,500 (after a $7,500 federal tax credit).
In short, the Obama administration’s commitment of $5 billion in loans and grants for electric cars is the biggest taxpayer rip-off since corn-based ethanol. It benefits no one but a few well-to-do car buyers and politically connected companies. Any “green” jobs these rent-seeking firms create will vanish when consumers reject their products and/or the subsidies cease. . . .

 Yahoooooo, them's good ideas. And a 7500 dollar federal tax credit to boot,(another one of those subsidies), if you buy one of these cars.
